Well, my first ever favorite player was Jerry Rice (I know he was never a Steeler, but he got me into football so I have to give the man credit). Since he's no longer making catches, the object of my obsession now is Heath Miller. Maybe the object of my stalking and a restraining order someday, we'll see how it goes.

My favorite player on the Colts is Dallas Clark. He has a knack for coming up with a big catch when the Colts need one especially this year with Marvin Harrison out. Of all time, I'd say either Marshall Faulk (for the short time he was on the Colts) or Eric Dickerson. Dickerson really help the team in the time he was here. He got the Colts into the playoffs and finally gave them an offensive threat and changed the attitudes of a lot of fans.

Definitely Kevin Curtis of the Eagles or Brian Westbrook of the Eagles. Westbrook is just an incredible player. Curtis becuase he was with the Rams for three years and had like 10 touchdown catches. This is his first year with the eagles and already has 6, he has speed and by far the best hands of the recievers on the Eagles. Curtis gives the eagles an option they haven't had in a while at the number 2 receiver spot.

Chester Taylor of the Vikes.
Yeah, Peterson is damn exciting, but Chester, coming off a 1000-yd season having to take a back seat to the rookie has still given it his all and even has a shot (albeit slim) at getting another 1000. Plus he's just a tough back.
All-time - Chris Carter. Turned into one of the classiest players ever after a rough time in Philly.

GOOD GRIEF! This is a hard fun question.
So many players of the past to pick just one all time great.
Currently it's just about as hard for me, because I like to watch a good football game, and not loyal to any one team
I guess I'll pick Peyton Manning from Indy as a current player
and Larry Csonka from Miami as an old timer
As mentioned there are WAY too many GREAT players from the past to pick only one

The best football player with the most talent that I ever saw was Bo Jackson, he could have broken every record on offense, I firmly believe. Sadly, his career ended with a hip injury. I also admire very much Ricky Williams for being his own man, for not being a stamped out NFL robot, in addition to being an extremely talented and gifted player. I hope fortune shines upon both of these fine men. In fact, I hope fortune and good health shines upon all of us.
