I've enrolled in the sss loan condonation program and paid my outstanding loan plus interest.?

As of todate, why is my delinquent loaned amount not yet updated or erased in the system of sss?

These programs promise to help and get all that cleared or in good standing when really they just make your credit almost as bad as bankruptcy. You may have to talk to the lenders themselves to see what is going on. I had done that too and found out they were not paying a couple of my bills. Also, contact the Better Business Bureau if you cannot get answers or find the problem. Best of Luck!
