why i try to upload its say Uploading...for years!!!!the video is in avi format only around 38mb....help!

It could simply be a case of the servers being under load, in which case uploading a vid will take a lot longer than usual ...
Youtube recommends canceling the upload and trying again later.
The only other issues that could cause this would be your firewall blocking the connection or if you are part of a network.
If you were wondering - the file size and type aren't a problem

The video has to be wmv.
You have to change your format.
I think you can do that on media-convert.com

just leave the computer and watch tv.
