Food is the answer to everything, if we all made cakes and gave them to our neighbours you will surprised how everyone will be happy, no more fighting, no more wars, we will all live in a cakefulfilled world.
I will call it the cake plan. Any cake will do but I think Battenburg cake would be the best, closely followed by a marble cake.

I can imagine that you would be very happy if your neighbour would bring cakes for you... :D
But, every plan has to start somewhere.. bake some cakes, visit your neighbours,... I'm waiting mine's in Hungary, let's see if it's working or not...

9/10....I'd be upset with chocolate cake unless it was German chocolate with the coconut pecan frosting. So a downside is there.
