im doing this project on web desing and its worth 500 points ..i have to make a wbe site for a hotel...so i was wondering were can i get a layout for the hotel.......

Try LOOKING at a website for a hotel, then use some of the simpler features to "borrow" as ideas for yours
Then DO uour OWN work

assuming your intentions are bonafide,you could visit the websites of various hotels.Some hotels show their layout map on the computer,whereas others do not.The other option could be to pick up a tourist guide and see some layout drawings.If that does not work out you could personally request for the same by personally go to a hotel and see if they can provide you with the same.Please note that for doing this excercise,a lot of hard work and perseverance is required.so go ahead and complete your project and get 100% marks.

Find some nice ideas from Google Images. Just seach for 'hotel' or 'hotel web design'. See the source.
