Nothing much.... thankfully.

I learnt not to be happy quite a long time ago. Whenever it hits me now I promptly go into an immediate emotional oscillation shift which vibrates with increasing entropy until I'm back at a neutral and indifferent state.

Happiness sought in the outside world, the objective world, eventually leads one to misery, for the earthplane is one of opposites. Nothing is completely satisfying; nothing is lasting. Joy through stimulation passes quickly.
It is within, inside, that everlasting happiness, joy, ananda exists. Ask your self "Who am I?", close the eyes, and soak in the peace of that subtly joyful answer.

My kids. Knowing that no matter what happens in life, no matter how badly I may mess up, there is someone who will always love me. This gives me strength to keep on trying, to take chances , and it makes me want to be a better person. I want my children to be proud to call me mom. When they throw their arms around me and say those 3 little words, I am infinitely happy.

Happy cannot exist without sadness or it would not be appreciated. "Just" happy is the middle ground, just outside the "happy-sad" concept.
Peace and Blessings....
