The pain is normal -- all the rapid changing your body has to do to accomodate a baby causes all sorts of aches and pains, all day, every day. Back pain is very common as the extra weight puts lots of stress on your spine.

If, however, you are having pains in your back that come and go in a rhythmic pattern, start timing them and call your doctor as they may be contractions and you may be in premature labor.

A lot of women do not get their colostrum in (the liquid you're squeezing from your breasts) until just before or after the baby is born although some, like you, have it throughout their pregnancies. The only time I ever got anything out of my breasts before my son was born was when I stupidly tried out the manual hand pump I had just put together -- my breasts weren't ready that early before baby and ouch did it hurt!

Don't worry about the breast size changes either, everyone is different. Just because yours are smaller and haven't changed shape doesn't affect in any way how well you'll be able to breast feed. My mother has very small breasts that never grew before her milk came in and had no problem feeding four kids. I, on the other hand, have breasts that grow very quickly after becoming pregnant and it took my son two weeks to latch on and my supply never got strong enough to feed him without supplementation. Every woman is different.

well start off with the back pain....

if the pain is coming and going regularly (eg..as in every 10 mins) and gathering in intensity you should probably ring your doctor and tell them as some people can get a back pain labour and you don't want that now.
OR your baby could be laying on your siatic nerve which can cause very bad back pain and often it will be on one side and go down the leg too. That is usually a constant pain that doesn't go away at all.
OR your baby is could be in a spine to spine postion which means his spine is parallel to yours which puts more pressure on your back and causes pain. Your doctor can try to do an external moving of the baby and get him to turn a different way to take this pressure off.

However rather than speculating your are better off discussing it with your doctor as soon as you can.

With the breasts, its not uncommon to have little or no change in size although most women find they will get larger toward the last few weeks of pregnancy. Regardless of what they are now, they will definately get bigger after the baby is born and your milk comes in (2-4 days after birth) .
What you are leaking now is called Colostrum and is the first milk the baby will need when it is born. Its is jammed packed with nutrients and anti-bodies to help the baby for the first few days. Its usually a yellowy colour and quite thick. Actual breastmilk is clearish white in colour.
You really shouldn't squeeze your nipples now if you can avoid it. If you are leaking milk that is a very very good sign and you can start wearing breastpads if you want to avoid it getting on your bra and making your nipples stick to the bra!
It doesn't matter how big your boobs are. They will still produce enough breastmilk for your baby. You don't need huge boobs to breastfeed!

Best of luck and please talk to your doctor about the back pain.

First of all, back pain is VERY normal in pregnancy. Your back is getting pulled into a sort of "S" shape thanks to your growing belly. You can take tylenol extra strength if it gets really bad, or try a heating pad on a low/medium setting on your back.

As for the liquid that comes out, at this point it shouldn't be leaking out all the time. Just let your boobs be for now, and wear a sports bra to bed, or get some t-shirts that are a size or 2 larger than what you normally wear.

I don't have an answer for when your breasts will get big... I went up a size right away. If you're concerned about it, you should talk to your doctor so he/she can set you at ease.

It will surprise just how much milk actually fits in your breasts, as long as your baby feeds regually you will produce enough milk. The liquid that is coming out now when you squeeze is colstrum (the more you squeeze the more you will produce), it's quite thick which is why it doesnt come out easily, your real milk won't "come in" until a couple of days after you have given birth.
