Yes..
amusing occasion one time. My (late) friend used a powerchair and one time he just got a new chair. I was sitting on the floor. My lower back was exposed (the T-shirt was up a bit from the pants) He sneaked up on me. Being new - the chair was really quiet and I never heard him coming. He touched my exposed back with the cold metal footplate.
Well, you can visualised the rest.
IT wasn't funny at the time! LOL
