"Hydrochloric cycle" doesn't refer to anything I could find any information about. I'm also not sure what you mean by a "particle element." In general, an atom has a nucleus consisting of positively charged protons and uncharged neutrons. The nucleus is surrounded by negatively charged electrons. In an uncharged atom, the number of protons is the same as the number of electrons. In an ion (i.e., a charged atom), the number will be different. Larger atoms tend to have a larger ratio of neutrons to protons.
