Todays news: Opposition newspapers will not be released anymore due to lack of paper; this because the government didn't authorize the dollar convertion (dollar is regulated) in order to import paper. El Correo del Caroni a south of the country newspaper has already gone out, most others have at most 15 days left of paper. Government supporting newspapers keep going.

Based on this single issue, would this government be considered democratic?
