Ok im young and my boobs are like either a really big A or a small B I think. I have no clue really. Anyway I want none! Absolutley none! I've wanted none for like 2 years so please don't say be happy with them your growing lol. So do you think maybe if I run I will loose them. I heard the only way is to loose weight. Does anyone know a quick good way? It would mean a lot. I mean I want none ZIPPO. and i don't think it could be hard since im not like a c or a DD like some girls ours so i think it might be easy right? Please help. I mean like are there foods and drinks i should absolutley avoid that will make them bigger, are there foods i can eat that will make them smaller? I mean I know i have to loose weight but im not fat so yea.

First of all I want to offer my condolences. I'm assuming that you're very young if you're this adamant about having breasts at that size. It must be hard for you to blend in with your peers.

Second of all, according to Chinese medicine, soy products make the breasts grow. So steer clear from those.

Yes, running will help, so will building a little muscle in your chest. This won't shrink the boobs exactly, but it'll make them appear to be smaller and tighter, and also will help to eliminate some of the blubber in the area. Try doing some push-ups every day, and make sure when you're doing them, your arms are far enough apart for you to feel a burn in your chest.

A little dieting wouldn't hurt, but don't go overboard. If you're a bigger girl, then your boobs will likely shrink after you lose more than several pounds, but if you're an otherwise skinny girl, your boobs will shrink right away because you lack the fat in other parts of your body to draw weigh loss attention away from your breasts.

Good luck. I think I know (kind of) what you're going through because my cousin went through the same thing. Although one day, I'm going to warn you, you'll probably want those boobs back. Boobs are mostly genetic, by the way, and you cannot reprogram your body to be rid of your boobs forever. The moment you quit exercising and watching your diet, that's the moment your boobs will start to come back.

Anyway, I don't know the full details of your situation, but I really do have to say, yes it can be hard, but it is your body. You can't change that about yourself. Be careful, and maybe you will have to learn to live with your body as it is. I promise, whatever you're feeling now, it will probably pass in a couple years when the other girls start developing breasts as well. I had leg hair and chest hair in fourth grade. It was humiliating, but 3 years later, I wasn't the only one, and everything was fine.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

Why don't you want any when you barely have any now? Try having my DD-E rack and then you'll know the meaning of wanting no boobs!
Boobs are actually the first place where you lose weight so you will need to try vigorous exercise as you would losing wieght from any other part of the body.

body building will reduce breast tissue as it is body fat but it will take time. don't go for rapid weight loss or the stretch marks and skin sagging will look worse than the boobs you don't like. in the 1920's women used to bandage their breasts so they could wear those dresses..sports bras will also lessen the bulge you don't like...I'm a large boobed woman and would love to have small ones like you so i don't have to wear bras all the time...loving your body is vital to sound mental health and happiness...being at war with it will make you ill and create other health problems. Try to love yourself as you are and you won't feel as bad about it. Focussing on what you don't want could make them appear even bigger to you. what you resist will persist

dont eat fatty foods like burger king or kfc with a lot of fat and oil. when you lose weight you lose it from your boobs first so youll be able to tell when your doing the right thing
