Last year I was frantically wrapping Christmas presents on Christmas day before meeting up with family for a BBQ lunch - LOL!

I told myself last year that I would not do the same thing this year, that I would be prepared.

I can see myself doing the same thing this year! It is hard. I run my own business and this time of year is very busy. I work longer hours than normal and although I buy the presents early I tend to put off wrapping them until the last minute.

I was lucky to get all my Christmas cards out last week! LOL.

I still have not put up our Christmas tree either... *grins*

I can't be the only person that does this, can I?

Now I know I am not alone!

Thank you to all who have replied. I hope you manage to get things done for the day... I hope I manage to also! :)

I wish you all a safe and merry Christmas and all the best in the new year.

As I have had this same problem I will let you in on how I solved it Have your presents wrapped at the store. If you say that you don't have time when you get a hand full drop it off at the wrapping dept and continue shopping. In the end you will only have a few things to wrap! I also took things to my office and wraped as I talked on the phone!
Merry Christmas

your not the only person who does this. last christmas i was very unprepared and was running around the shops on christmas eve getting the last few things that i needed. this year, its a different story. i've wrapped up alot of my presents so that i have some spare time to relax. my tip is that when you buy the presents and receive them, wrap them up before you go to bed. that way you'll have them all done by christmas day. good luck

Actually most of America hasnt. Studies prove that the two weeks before Christmas are the busiest shopping days of the year.

me, haven't finished the tree, haven't started baking, and I need to start my shopping....this week we had a lot of snow and some ice, roads are not safe for traveling....week before children were sick, but if I don't get any of that stuff finished.....Christmas will still be wonderful because the older children are coming home this weekend and we will celebrate Christmas and the gift of Christ.

Xmas has crept up on me. I had a dream that it's the 28th and I suddenly realize our whole family had plum forgot!
Still no plans. Our friends group is big on gift cards, which I don't recommend.
However, I did put up a fiber optic mini tree before Thanksgiving.
