Myself and three daughters - synchronized, sometimes the house is like a warzone, any ideas how to make life easier ( before my husband starts leaving home at that time !)

vitamin b complex (i.e. all the different types of b vitamins) help me too - that and just being aware that you're not at your most rational - and acting accordingly is a good way to work through it (i used to get it really badly - you might find going on the pill helps) if i were you i'd have some girly time - maybe a movie night in pjs with lots of chocolate and ice cream will help you all chillax and make it a more positive time. good luck peacex

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and there is plenty you do. You have a choice. Evening primrose oil, agnus castus,black coshosh.You can also get a combination designed for premenstrual stress so go to the health store and have a look at whats on offer. Don't take orthodox medicine they make things worse

I have found that B6 in either a bottle by itself or as part of a bottle of B Complex can be very helpful to PMS related stress.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what additional suggestions they may have to help this.

I take vit b6 for the week before my period and gingko biloba everyday...get your husbby a gym subscription or golf club membership or something where he can get away for a bit.

tell him to get a hotel room for these times, and tell him to do whatever you say, my girls cause me the same problem i just run away and hide. lol
