About 2am this morning i had real bad abdomen cramping and felt nauseaous. Went faint and had to lie down on the bathroom floor very quickly and just stay there for 5 mins. ( i was not with it at all!).
Then i felt fine after 5 mins!????????!!!!
Whats going on? Never felt like this before. Have just woken up and feel great so what was that all about last night?

Forgot to add, even though we are classed as infertile (male factor) we did try and concieve during ovulation period (used LH kits to check for ovulation).
Could this be implantation cramps?(now 7 days from period)
Husband has low mortility and under 1 mil per sample. However have concieved before (M/c 5th week)

Hi, There could be a few causes. inflammation (e.g., appendicitis, diverticulitis, colitis ), by stretching of an organ (e.g., obstruction of the intestine, blockage of a bile duct by gallstones, swelling of the liver with hepatitis), or by loss of the supply of blood to an organ (e.g., ischemic colitis) or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or just a pain. Best thing to do is consult a GP!

There could be a number of possibilities such as low iron levels but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think it is.
