I know it takes awhile of dating to figure this out, but since I'm engaged and have had my fair share of dates.. I'll start this off..
Characteristics: cocky, arrogant, very humorous, outspoken, dark featured men.
Although I'm the complete opposite. (except dark features and humor),

Smart, funny, charming, laid back, older and mature. dark features also.
But once in a while I find myself attracted to something the total opposite of what I just described, so I think it depends on the person and they just have that special something that catches my eye.

Well as far as personality...its usually arrogant, outspoken guys which i don't really like...I like confidence not cockyness. But most of the guys i date have a good sense of humor cuz i'm all about that. Physically...it depends. Most are taller, I tend to like the badboy which also ends up to my disadvantage.
Nowadays, I'm mostly attracted to humor, intelligence and witt.

I have a real problem of only wanting to be around those that show respect to others. That limits me to only having a very few close Friends. Oh well!!

Intelligent, interesting, great sense of humour, confident.
As far as appearance goes, I'd like him to be taller than me, not too fat and not too skinny. (This isn't an absolute prerequisite of course). Needless to say, he should have great personal hygiene and take care of himself.
And of course I'd pick some one who respects me, loves me and to whom I can relate.
Basic things.
P.S. I also like guys who are a bit crazy. :-)

i like them dark skinned (hispanic), great smile, funny, clean and someone who takes pride in the way they look in public.... can't stand the ones that go to the store all trashed up... it makes them look poor.. lets see what else.... a man who will punch someone elses face in if they disrespect me.... just things like that
