Sitting here answering questions ~ trying NOT to smoke (I don't have any anyway) and needing to shower. I have to go to my Med Centre for my BP to be taken, and I really don't want to do any of this as it requires 'effort.'
....although I'd really like a cigarette and a really decent cup of coffee.
