Pretty much loopholes in everything. Laws usually say workplace and public puildings. So if you're in your house that's a loophole. If it's in a private club in a room where employees do not have to be and the smoke does not actually enter their work space, that might be a loophole.
Indian casinos are exempt. Another loophole.

This depends on the city, county or state you live in. In the city I live in, it is against the law for anyone under 18 to buy, smoke or be in possession of cigarettes. You can be ticketed for it. You need to look up the laws of your particular city, county and state.

Ha ha ha. History is going to repeat itself. Instead of underground "gin joints like thay had in the 20's we're gonna have underground smoking clubs. I haven't been to a bar or lounge for years now because we can't have a smoke with a beer or drink. No fun anymore.

Yes there is.
Just pop in to the bar at the House of Commons.
That is the only place in England and Wales, that has not had the ban imposed. ( I wonder why!!!)

Well, I have discovered a 13th century law that clearly states that the word "no" means "certainly, why not?" So there is no problem!

Which no smoking law are you talking about?
Just California itself probably has hundreds of no smoking laws, at the state, county and city levels.
