Not all women with PCOS lose their hair. I have PCOS and I lose about the average amount of hair in the shower as most other women, though it is possible you can develop male pattern baldness if you leave your PCOS untreated. Since you are treating it I wouldn't worry about it.

As far as the baby part, it may be a little more difficult to get pregnant, but it is possible. Most women with usually get pregnant by maintaining a healthy weight and taking an insulin regulating medicine, though sometimes some need to take fertility drugs.

Here are some links, I hope they help.

Yes, it is true that some women with PCOS will have some hair loss because of how thin the hair is. The more common side effect with regards to hair is that of excessive hair growth and having hair grow on the chin area or above the top lip that looks like a mustache.

Yes, some women are able to have children while dealing with PCOS. Some may need a bit of extra help from medications like Clomid like someone I used to know did. Another girl I know was able to get pregnant after being on medication to help control the insulin resistance (one step below full blown Diabetes) that came with her PCOS. The little girl is now about 5 or 6 years old.
