Wow! What a wonderful idea for those negative emotions. Perhaps we could do it in our minds.

I've often wished I could bottle my good and happy feelings and pass the bottle around so my friends could share, but never thought of totally dumping the bad ones. Thanks for the idea. I shall do it!

No, I would think that would lead to being cold hearted. Maybe if you bottled up any emotions of hate, bitterness, unforgiveness, selfcenteredness, anger, resentment, and feelings of low self worth, then yes, get rid of them and keep the love.

What if you had "a sea of emotions"

That would be a little more tricky. You would need a lot of bottles.

H*ll no.
My life without emotion would be so... boring. I see the people who are able to "shut off their emotions" and frankly, they seem like quite miserable people. Life is nothing but a bunch of statistics without emotion. I've never been a very logical person and I like it like that.

no...not really...i would not want to live like a zombie...unfeeling...but it would be nice to bottle em all up and throw it out in the sea along with myself if it gets too much.

I like the imagery in your question... and um, certain emotions I'd love to just get rid... like fear. That's the big one for me right there, and I suppose that it is for most people.

It's a strange feeling being so washed out that you have no emotions .... well.... it feels sort of "dizzy". I think it's a symptom of shock.
