Just tell the cops that he slipped on a pair of boxers that he always leaves lying around. I'd plead insanity because it would be insane not to. And yes, you're going to hell, but for reasons other than this I'm sure.

Heh...I know how you feel.Gotta love spending an un-natural amount of time with the same person for a whole semester. But...no...you could probably not plead insanity, because "Driving you nuts" doesn't qualify as insanity...and it depends on what religion. For example...I'm pretty sure a satanic cult would say nay...
PS. However, I have heard rumors that if your roomate dies you get a 4.0....don't get any ideas....mwah ha ha

Why not just move out? I doubt you're going to hell. But it could be worse, you could end up in New Jersey for example.
