Why are SOME women so obsessed with Horses,Ponies?

u can answer that by ur own ,,, why men are obsessed with cars , video games ,,,,, etc
it is women nature

I personally think it has to do with all the fairy tales we're told that include riding off into the sunset with our prince charming on a horse. It also might be a monkey see monkey do reflex. They hear their friends talking about horses and ponies, so they start loving them too

I have absolutely no clue, and find it quite odd to be honest. Horses are just nothing great to me & I've never been able to understand it. I'll keep checking back here in hopes that some woman will be able to unveil the mystery.

Good question.
I think maybe because these girls are usually too young (5-12 year olds) to be interested in guys. So their attention is turned to a surrogate masculine symbol ... horses, ponies.
Girls that are older (15+) I think there is more of a sexual/controling fixation about these animals.

I have always wondered this, too. When I went to riding class, we found out that I was allergic to horses, so I want to know what I missed!
