Yes a man can produce reast milk in cases when the male has a large amount of female hormones. Usually it can be treated with a short time on hormone therapy. It is rare but it can happen, men can also get breast cancer and I believe it has been prove that the men with more female hormones are more likly to get it.

no. male people dont produce milk. the females do.
