I go to bed when I really cannot keep anymore at least one of my eyes enough open to see some.
The important part is after going to bed. Shall I sleep or shall I wake in a couple of hours?

You asked.

Sleeping is a great time to think about life and death and quantum mechanics and what ill the day be like next.

But Death comes to mind first right after turning everything off and locking everything up.
