I think you can imagine someone on here who is maybe VERY different to how they are in real life person.

yes I do .. but I am myself always. However you are right in that you do imagine people differently if you can't physically associate with them. The reason for this is that we all put people into categories according to our character and view on life. If you are a trusting, nice, gentle person you will be attracted to similar types/answers. The same thing applies talking to someone on the telephone - your mind fills in the blanks according to how you assimilate the answers that you receive. hope that helps.
