How many party delegates are there?

I have in my notes 2100- republican and 4000- democrat, but not sure if this is accurate. The professor writes so sloppy on the board. Not sure if I added an extra "0" or something somewhere.

4417 dems. and 2516 for rep. well unless the "sanctions" are ruled legal than it's a whole other mess.

The Democrats outnumber the Republicans - 4 to 2.
