"Do. Or do not. There is no try", Yoda scolded Luke Skywalker for not trying hard to concentrate in lifting up the X-Wing fighter from the swamp of Dagobah.
That famous quote is from the fifth episode of Star Wars, "The Empire Strikes Back" or renamed for the Special Edition release in 1997 as "Star Wars-Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back".

No offense to everybody else who answered this question but Yoda NEVER said "There is do or not do" in any of the 6 Star Wars Movies.
That being said ... in The Empire Strikes Back when Luke's X-Wing sinks in the swamp Yoda wants him to use the Force to lift the X-Wing out of the swamp ... Luke says I'll try ... Yoda replies: "No ... try not ... do or do not ... there is no try"

Episode V, Empire strikes back, right after luke gives up in lifting the x-wing out of the swamp, and yoda steps up and does it easily.
