I'm 5'3" and I really want to be taller. I don't think I'm tall enough. But I'm already 18, can I still grow taller? Thanks for all the answers.

It is possible though not typical. I have seen it in women who maybe didn't get enough nourishment during the early teen years but then find themselves with opportunities to eat a wider variety of foods, with more nutrients and perhaps enough to give a last minute boost. Why do you want to be taller? As you are probably aware, genetics/dna determine your height and the environment you grow up in might "stunt your growth" - but chances are you're as tall as you're going to be.

However, don't despair! You have the ability to wear high-heeled shoes and boots... which also create a sexy leg line - (tight calves - ask any guy!) Also, you are almost always guaranteed a date because you're not "too tall." You'd be surprised how many women who are "model" height are not asked out because their height makes them "intimidating" and guys love a girl who is dainty and makes him feel tall and "powerful." You may not get taller - but you can certainly embrace your height. Hey, maybe you'll have the chance to introduce yourself to a cute guy when you can't reach an item that is high up on a shelf - there are plenty of opportunties to make your shorter height a great advantage!

Probably not. 5'3" is a good height, well within the average for most races. Focus on maintaining good nutrition and fitness. As for breasts, go for a B cup. LOL - no you can't control their size either, unless you get skinnier or fatter than average. Be happy with whatever you have.

It's possible, but most people's growth slows from around then. You will probably keep growing slightly, but by 21, you will pretty much stop.

maybe, but since women mature at a much younger age as men... i think you're stuck at 5'3". sorry.

good news though, your breasts might continue to grow. i'm 23 and my bra size keeps increasing. that might be plus.

Yes, you can. My mother was 5'2" when she started college and grew four inches after that. She is now 5'6".
