You can be good at just about anything you put your mind to, whether you're talking about dating, a job, a "jack of all trades and master of none" or something you'd like to be good at, and aren't but at least you tried.
You're question is incomplete but you are called good when you satisfy yourself and/or others, whether it's helping a family member or someone in need, satisfying a loved one.
The answer depends on what you're referring to and since it's incomplete, you are the only one who can answer that.
If you've mastered a trade and are pleasing to a supervisor, you are called a professional of that trade.
When you satify a lover you are called a good lover.
Depending on what you're question is referring to, when you are good at something you can be called a professional, a kind person, a skilled person, a faithful person, and there are alot of other answers depending on the rest of your question.
