When will it end? I can't possibly see it ever end, really. Go crazy and kill kill kill then off yourself. I guess I get why some wimps do it, but I'm mostly disturbed by the fact that it's happening more and more here in the us. I think it can only get worse. We're not safe at malls, at churches, attending school, flying on planes... WTF? Where next? Come on! Who do we blame? mean the pu ssy just offed himself so we turn on the parents? I guess, but is that really what's going on here??? Can we blame the schools? The media? Law enforcement? Anyone?

Well, yes, for a while, the TV "news" will be offering this as entertainment of a sort.
It will get worse, but only for a time. This is not a trend that can continue indefinitely; it will reach a peak and then reverse itself.
I think it must be linked to the popularity of suicide bombings in Muslim countries. I don't mean that it is particularly connected to Islam. But I have seen videos of youthful suicide bombers who were prevented from completing their assignment. I see the same things that lead to suicide here: young people in despair over breaking up with a girl or boy, or other common cause of distress, thinking to stop the pain by ending their lives, hoping to become important by doing something big. They didn't really want to kill or die, they wanted to feel better and be esteemed.
It may be possible to stop these individuals on an individual basis, if you know how troubled the person is. But I can't think of how we can stop the tendency in society.
Nevertheless, it won't last forever. The cycle will return to a more hopeful and constructive approach. I guarantee it.
[Not that I have anything to guarantee it WITH, I just mean I'm sure of it.'

Seriously, I don't believe that it's happening more and more. We are just hearing about it more and more.

If something shocking happens in this world. All of us can hear about it within minutes! That is what is changing. It used to take hours, days and even longer for these kind of events to make it into the national news.

Further, if something like that happened in the past, they would report the facts for a few minutes and then move on. Now, we hear about it for hours on end. We hear experts speculate about every facet of the event. You hear "breaking news" reports, that often turn out to be false. The bottom line is that we use to have News Editors that decided what to say or print, now we are the Editor and the information flows in real time.
