As an astrologer myself, I call BS. :) Any astrologer claiming 100% accuracy when making specific predictions is full of it, and they must know their claim cannot stand up to verification. Many modern astrologers don't believe astrology is concretely predictive at all, and can only predict on an archetypal basis: aka, predicting trends and overall symbolic themes, which can manifest in a myriad of different ways while still holding to the archetypal themes in play.
