As long as the other two remain there - I'd go for it. Once one or both move out - then you're stuck with it all. Just make sure you ALL get along really well.

I'm sorry, but I'd say think twice. If all three of you sign the lease, that means all three of you are responsible for the rent 100%. If the unthinkable should happen and the two other people were to pass away, would you be able to afford the unit on your own? What if there's a falling out between you and they leave you? Can you afford the unit on your own?

$340X3=$1020. If you're bringing home $1800, that leaves only $780 for other expenses.

If you can stick to your budget you may be fine, but you have to think about all the spur of the moment things, like birthdays, and are you just gonna need 200 to buy supplies for the WHOLE MONTH!! included bathroom needs, makeup things like that. ALso if you need somthing for your vehicle, oil, wiper fluid, new tires. Just make sure you make an informed decision and your roomates are gonna pay their part also. Good Luck.

I agree with the person who said.. make sure you get along with your roommates. if one were to move out you would probably be well not good. Make sure your not underestimating your food expenses. because food is so expensive. be sure to calculate if you eat out..if you eat at home its cheaper. Youll have a little less than 100 spending money.. if your of drinking age and do go to the bars that could be spent fast. But I think youll be ok. my advice. if you owe on your credit cards pay those off before you move out then you will have 75 more a month because it gets hard to pay those things off when you have to pay rent. and paying the min. youll never get them paid off.

you have budget every thing you have to think about this what if somebody has a birthday or something comes up will be able to pay or do what it may be that you may do. how much do you just sit around at home IE on weekends holidays is this included in your Gas budget as well. do you have pets or other things you need to think about. Just sit down and think about other things that would come up extra each year.

I think you will be okay, but can't you use public transportation in Boston? That would free up about 200/mo, and you could keep insurance on the car. You might get a special rate on the insurance if you only use it for leisure.

dont forget that you are going to need furniture, money to wash clothes, spur of the moment things (friends wanting to go out to eat, movies) entertainment in general. I would save up some more money and move out at a later date. I just moved out on my own and is costs more than you think even when you are sticking to your budget.
