Why are there hardly any women in charge of businesses, political parties or countries? Low intelligence?

There are plenty of women in top jobs if you actually do some research. There are however a lot of women who get turned down for top jobs , because having kids seems to be a penalty mark against them.That however is getting better and better each year as more women it appears are making a stand against this biast. It has nothing whatsoever to do with low intelligence, I am sure a lot of women on here are going to blast you for that comment. You also have the sector of women that do not want high paying top jobs they are happy as they are, working part time and looking after a home and family. The best thing is now women have that choice , they can choose what they want to do.Do some more research you will find many women have been in charge and done a great job. We have had some great British women do some wonderful things.

It's u again.........u really hate women don't u.......cuz all i read from u is put downs about women....there are children on here and all they read from u is ur sexist remarks........and yes all ur 'questions' make comments about women and low intelligence.........get a life...oh i forgot u can't can u cuz no woman would want u or put up with ur stupid, thick and downright insulting remarks and in regard to the top may i remind u we had a woman prime minister for about 10 years....and oh yes the head of the monarchy is a women........u no the one the call Elizabeth, the Queen.....there's also a few women in America's political system and our's here in the UK...There are lots of women in charge of businesses over here so i suggest u open ur eyes, if ur gonna make remarks like that then at least get ur facts right tosser.........The only women i can think right now that has low intelligence is any woman in ur life.....

I don't think you've left your house or been in the real world much. There are loads of women in charge of their own businesses and loads of women in political parties. We even had a women running the country once. Also a lot of women are MP's in parts of the country.
