I have never been scammed but I can tell you why. Always ask yourself why would someone just want to give you something? Out of the blue and if you do that then you won't ever get scammed.

People are cautious about accepting a "free cell phone offer" online and understandably so. I also had this concern until I discovered the reason why online cell phone distributors are able to offer better cell phone deals than most local retail stores.
Here's the scoop.
Authorized online cell phone re-sellers are paid commissions by the carrier to bring in new customers. Since these online re-sellers typically sign up more customers than any carrier retail store, they get significant discounts from the carrier that they can pass along to you and me in the form of rebates and reduced prices on popular cell phones.

I DON'T FALL FOR THAT! If it's a number I don't know I don't answer it, besides if you tell the these 8 little words, telemarketers cant call or they will get in lots of trouble "put me on your do not call list!"
