I just take a long bubbley bath, light some incense, and think about my problems and ways to solve them.

i find going into my garden, grabbing a soccer ball and kicking it as hard as i can (mainly until the hedge cant take anymore) really helps...other that that, go for a drive (dont drive too dangerously!) try reading at night, or just have a night where you do nothing but chill...meet up with friends and dont think about anything thats gonna stress u out...i usually pick up the phone n call one of my best mates n she gives me a sympathetic ear which always helps lol i hope things work out for you...if you need a chat, u know where i am...good luck!

If it is people stressing you out...Learn to say No...say something like, "I am sorry, as much as I would like to, I just can't do that right now, maybe at another time, after the first of the year.
It worked and works for me :)

Just put some of your favorite metal music on and chill. Or You can just go for a run/jog or workout. That's what I do Hopes this helps

Go on a hill. Scream as longg as you can. Still can't handle it. Then go home. write in your journal every thought, everything!! Then rip it up and burn it. I do everytime. Or i write songs. I've had some preety bomb songs because of it.

ok i use to be like you until............it got no better so now its like norm its the norm so it is like i am use to it..i drink alot of coffee too. i don't know how i made it this far. so i am well pleased as big eruptions come up weekly and its what i call crazycrap daily just get use to it way of life and you will do swell.

I just sit there and think of anything that is good, or sometimes just zone out. I am self-sufficient when it comes to emotional healing. I am not weak.

my best adivice is don't think about the problem or whatever, the more you think the worser off you are, try doing something that will keep you busey, and get your mind off of the problem or issues or w/e thats what i do to control my mind.
