I think everyone has really good points of view . However nobody has the right to judge anyone. I was always someone said I would never smoke while preggo. Well I just found I am preggo on Saturday, and I was a pack in a half smoker a day . I m now down to 1 smoke a day ....I know how selfish it might seem to some . But I am trying my d*mnest to quit . I hope by my second month I am completely done. So remember next time you see a woman who is preggo smoking maybe she is trying to quit and who are we to judge.

what can you do? a pregnant woman can hit you in two seconds and you can't do anything back, you can't call the police, all you can do is talk to them but that won't do anygood either. i would just shake my head and move on.

It would depend....if she had a handgun, I would probably keep my mouth shut. Otherwise, I might ask her if she was planning on having her child prematurely, with low birth weight, or having a child with life long respiratory problems. I

Tell her she should look into the negative affects of what she is doing and let it go. I smoked during my pregnancies and am so grateful that my children are all healthy- it was pure luck with all the things that could have happened.

I'm sure that nothing you can do is going to convince her to quit. Why get yourself worked up over it? Let's hope that she is not on coke or heroin or is not HIV Positive.

HOW SAD THAT IS. I HAVE SEEN THIS A FEW TIMES, AND WOULD LIKE TO SAY SOMETHING, BUT IN THE US IT IS A FREE CHOICE. I DON'T AGREE, BUT THAT IS HOW IT IS.

it's sad because these are people who claim to LOVE their babies so much. yet they're willing to hurt them and possibly miscarry?!

my older sister smoked with my nephew and he had asthma so bad he needed a nebulizer.

My mom didn't smoke with us, and she smokes 2 packs a day!

I also knew someone who smoked and kept miscarrying, then almost miscaried her one child that did survive(was almost a month early)...

I saw a lady who was about 7 months smoking while drinking a freaking flat white(coffee) at my local cafe, we all said that she was killing her baby, she just gave us the finger so we told her she was a loser, she left pretty much straight away after EVERYONE started giving her sh*t, i think its totally uncalled for, that is a life growing inside and they have no choice what gets put into their tiny unborn bodies! :)
