lots of people know the right words to say to convince people of their sincerity, but actions are needed to show you are more than talk. "Practice what you preach," "Do what you say,"
2) I own you means you are my slave, i have bought and paid for you, now its time to deliver the goods.

2 I own you,, well to "own" some thing is to say it is yours but to own some one means who ever is saying that has a big opinion of themselves and think you owe them

Just a couple more interpretations, pretty good job so far.

1--you'll also hear, 'Put your money where your mouth is.' meaning basically the same thing--refers originally to gambling--that is, don't just tell me how good you are, risk money on it and prove it.

2--also 'You're mine' or 'your @$$ is mine'. Literal ownership of another person being probably the ultimate humiliation.

1) it is basically saying, can you back up your big trashing talking mouth?
2)Used mostly in video games. it means that i'm better than you
