Okay, so i used to be freinds with this guy, and one day he stole a bunch of my stuff and now he won't give it back. My parents cant do anything about it though! But the problem is he thinks he is so cool, and now, wherever i go, there he is. he is always trying to be freinds with my freinds, just to ruin my life! What can i do to make him go away?

tell him you have no use for him anymore for what he did, and to just stay away from you. when you do run into him, give him your most annoyed look, or just ignore him - whichever seems appropriate at the time.
also tell your friends that he stole your stuff. ask them to be supportive with you on this issue and give him the cold shoulder. this should cool off his popularity with your friends quite a bit and he will stop coming around as much. good luck.

Do you have proof and know 100% that he stole from you? Make a list of those items with their approximate value, and then have your parents bring you to the police station to have him charged with theft.

Talk to him. tell him how you feel and that he should respect your life. if that dont work, kick his ***!
