Plug the number of carbons into the formula for each. In alkenes there are double the number of hydrogens as carbons in the atom, and in alkynes, there are double the number of carbons minus two hydrogen atoms. The diagram should be easy enough to figure out once you have the formula if you keep in mind that each carbon should have four bonds connected to it.

That gets boring after a while, and given all the possible isomers, quite confusing. You should be able to do it yourself.
