The Book of Romans in the Bible.

It's what sparked the Reformation, and contains a lot of the key principles that separate Catholics from Protestants.

The book that changed my life was Spindle by Ian Taylor (comedy scifi novel). When I read it, I found it SO hilarious that I fell in love with the author. After some correspondence, I convinced him to meet me, and in April we'll have been married ten years. We have three kids. Spindle is still my favorite book ever. A producer in Australia is trying to get it made as a tv show - I can't wait!

If you're single and dating, you might also find "He's Just Not That Into You" by Greg Behrendt to be enlightening and possibly life-changing. It's funny, too, although maybe not so funny that you feel compelled to marry the author! ;-D

Check out www.spindlebook.com for more info on Spindle.

1. Quran - translated
2. Hero In The Shadow - David Gemmell
3. Fall Of King - David Gemmell
4. Kublai Khan - John Man

The Quran is about the way of life - it has everything in it if we really understand the book - like science (even how to build aeroplane), medicine, history, earth and outerspace and more.

The 2 books by David Gemmell, thou sciece fantasy - both about real people conjure by the author. Kublai Khan it was all very infomative history book - John Man did his research very well

Lloyd Douglas's The Robe, which I first read at thirteen. It did much to make me the left-leaning Christian I still am a long time later.
