i have a pen drive with photos on it if i plug it in the printers usb it noes not read it but it will read a camera. is there any way to make the printer recognise the usb pen as a Pict bridge camera

No, not like that. Your best bet is to transfer the content of that USB flash drive onto flash media compatible with your camera. Then plug that media into the camera THEN connect the camera to the printer.

If you only have two USB ports in your computer you will need to install a new USB 2.0 card in your a PCI slot found in the back of the computer, as a camera will not work from a hub, nor will an iPod. You could always try a hub, but some devices need to be powered in order to read. Why do you need them all plugged in at once, it would just make sense to unplug the camera or Ipod when you are done uploading and downloading.

I dont think there is anyway, and the prob mybe the pen drive. Try formatting it and try again.
