I agree with term limits, but I think even 12 years may be a little too long, I think that congress should be limited to one re-election just like the president. While I agree that a total government funded election would be best to keep out special interests, and keep politicians honest; I do not think that the taxpayer should be responsible for paying any money whatsoever to a campaign. Any campaign money should come from the candidates pocket, or be donated by a private citizen not representing a special interest.

I am currently working in support of the war in the middle east and I have not been home in 8 MONTHS.

I am flying home to Texas on the 20th and we will fly to see family for Christmas then I have to be back in country on the 3rd.
