USA does not give something without expecting something else.

Earthquake in Iran, it has oil.

they always have something to get, Do you know that the middle east has 55% - 60% of they worlds oil, get them to like your country and get them to turn on each other and they will not converge making them get less money on oil prices.

like why are they not helping in Sudan, that war has been lasting for the last 200 years, Do not say we are by charity and stuff i mean they Goverment like they "supposedly" did with Iraq.

Which countries are ask for help, you are the super power if you do not help then get out of they stupid position because you can not handle it.

I do not see South Africa asking for USA help.

They do not come criying for help, you go there expecting that the want your help!!!

I am probably going to get thumbs down but it is all true

Because of all the power and influence we have. The first and most powerful responder to natural disasters is military. And to put it into perspective, the US spends 1/2 of the money that the entire world spends on defense. Add all the money in all the countries of the world that is spent on defense, the US military spends half of that.

The reason we have that much money is the freedoms we enjoy and the constitution that protects them.

I would say that the way USA is built is great--America is not that bad.
Only if are to keep up good work. Some countries need US's help and protection. Small countries. And it is geat that we help them.

Good point. When the tsunami hit, we were the first there, dropping supplies out of helicopters and delivering medicines to the survivors. When there was an earthquake in IRAN of all places, we were there offering aid, when there was the earthquake in, Peru was it, we were there with our aircraft carriers using Navy medical teams to help the wounded. We send billions of dollars of aid all around the world, yet whenever anything goes wrong, it's all America's fault. I say that's wrong man.

I don't know of any nation that has come crying to the US particularly for help.
I would urge you to read a book by John Perkins called "Confessions of an Economic hitman ".
You might begin to realise many underdeveloped countries have been ripped off by America through such agencies as the world bank.

It's all about the money and their envy of the richest and the most generous people on this planet. I think we should stop our free giving ways to the vast majority of the world that doesn't say a simple "Thank you for the help, aid and cash, and instead is looking for ways to destroy us.

Because they expect the US to take care of their problems and support them. Truth is, we have enough problems of our own to deal with: hunger, the homeless, cost-efficient housing for those with low income, unemployment, etc. This country tries to play 'hero' by sending tons of money overseas to support the needs of other countries when we have people HERE that need the money moreso to help THEIR needs - not other countries. I know that may sound selfish, but we need to take care of our OWN people first before we send money overseas to help others! Our healthcare system is in sad shape, the gas prices are out of sight, many people out of work, companies going bankrupt and on and on and on. Get the picture??
