Practically every university in the US offers a bachelors in business, or accounting, etc. Check Barron's Guide for lists of the best, and google for additional lists such as Forbes or Business Week, etc. See how competitive the department is to see if your qualifications might be good enough to compete with other applicants. However, since you will not be working in the US, you really should study at a school in your country of citizenship. You need to know your country's tax laws & tax accounting/reporting, your country's standards, your country's professional associations. You need to make contacts & connections, and do internships in your country. It's the only way you might find a job when you graduate. MBAs - especially in finance & accounting, HR, and marketing - as well as BBAs, degrees in accounting, etc, are a glut on the job market. You will NOT work overseas (not eligible for employment visas), and you need contacts in your own country to have any hope of jobs there.
