Yes, I would love to meet my great great great grandchildren. And maybe I could accomplish half the goals I have set. Do I have to age 100 years or stay what I am now? If I have to age 100 years then I say forget it.

I am 77 and I am looking forward to living to be a 100, in good health and still doing the things I am doing now. One thing I am doing is writing my biography from birth to the day I die. I have led a very interesting life, one could make four or five good movies out of certain things that have happened to me. As long as I keep my health, and have my children visiting and phoning and seeing me periodically, I will be fine. I am learning violin, so by the time I am 100 I should be a concert violinist. One doesn't have to be sick, you know , as one gets older. I go to low impact exercises classes three times a week, done to music, and there are 83 year olds doing a good job in the class. Also it is according to your state of mind, as to how you keep your mind learning and working. So far I am doing everything right, and will continue to do so, to enable me to reach that number 100.

No, I wouldn't choose such an option. I believe there is "a time to be born and a time to die". Although I do try to garner joy out of each day, and the simple things that life offers, I would not enjoy living and watching those I love the most pass away. To me, relationships are very important. Also, I think there is a normal process to life( which unfortunately includes aging and sometimes illness ) and it is best to not try to play around with that too much.

There was a movie a couple of years ago that addressed just that question. It was rather sad actually as one lived forever, one died a normal death and went through the process of life as it was meant to be. Good question though!

I would not do it if I had the chance. If I just lived that long and must tolerate adapting to new continuously yes I'd do it. I just take longer to adapt to new things as I age. I've learned alot in a few short years of losing others so eventually that could be dealt with but being out of the loop on current things would become irritating.

you must be a Republican, anything to keep the taxpayers going. The inflation rate in 100 years would see me fighting the cat for dinner. Let's look back 100 ago, what was the average wage $15 dollars a week ? Today $1500 a week ? Sorry but 100 years from now probably $15,000 a week. Can't afford that ! So, I guess my answer is "NO"

I'd be sad and probably have a heart attack and drop dead at the thought. My friends are dropping like flies around me now. Last April I lost a good friend. Two weeks ago her son was killed working for CalTrans picking up a dead animal on the freeway in southern California. I don't want to live another 100 years.

I think I would be happy. As time progressed, I'd feel sad that those I had loved passed before me, but that happens in everyone's life. I make friends easily and continually invite new people into my life, and I would love to experience the great adventures the coming century will surely have for me! I would also love to see the future generations for which I am currently laying the foundation. I would do it in a heartbeat!

No I wouldn't do it if I had a choice. I would be sad if I had to live another 100 years without any of my loved ones with me. I also know there are wonderful things out there for me when it is my time pass from this life.

Both. I'd know I had a second chance to do many of the things that I wanted to do in my early years. Not all, because I don't know if I get to stay young in body or just get more decrepit. I'd have the opportunity for more life experiences and more relationships of all sorts.

I would also outlive my child, sister and everyone with whom I had bonded in my life.

It's a mixed bag.
