it is illegal in my state (CT) to talk on a cell phone while driving. anyone over the age of 18 can talk on the phone if they are using a headset. if you are 16 or 17 you can not use a headset or talk on your phone while driving.

the fee is pretty large, my friend got nailed for 190$ dollars just over the CT/MA line (in MA its not illegal to talk on a cell phone while driving, at least it wasnt at the time) she got hit by a MA cop though.

now to answer your question, i am over the age of 18 so i try and use my headset whenever i can. there are times my headset isnt in and my phone will ring, ill answer but tell the person im driving and ill call them back.

I don't own a cell phone because if anyone wants to get a hold of me they can reach me at home or wait til I get there. All cell towers should be torn down immediately so the world can take a step back and learn how to relax again.

No. I dont have a car. But I know one time I was on an electric scooter and I was texting somebody, and I swerved and fell off and scraped the ENTIRE side of my body and I was scabbed for awhile. Learned my lesson...lol

Nope. Here in Calif, Da Schwartz made it illegal. To keep us from talking about how much worse off the State is than when he took office.
