It is always hard to move on. The easiest way is to keep busy. There is lots to do out there so go do it. It will keep your mind occupied for a while and soon it will not be the only thing that you think about. It will take some time but it will get better.

just try to keep busy and surround yourself with alot of family and friends and ppl that care about you
