I sync music on a 2gb invion mp3 player useing windows media player. The songs shows that there there, but?

when you click to play it on the mp3 it comes up DIC EMPTY. I can play my mp3 threw the pc and they'll play but not in the unit itself. WHY???????????

I have this SAME exact problem. I have been able to get some music files on but not others. And then some of the ones I had on there that used to play just fine, no longer will!? I can't seem to find any technical support for it either.
