i dont think its to bad right? just trying to make him neet one step at a time. nexst ill have him tucking shirts in to his pants! : )

It depends...do you think he'll like the polos? Is it a style he would like, but just doesn't wear? If you don't think he'll like them, then don't buy them. But, if you think he will then do...just get colors that he normally wears.

No thats not controlling. Controlling would be if you told him he has no option but to wear them. One step at a time. Girl , I know what yu mean. Trying to shape him into the man you NEED! I aint mad at you.

No, not at all. I have been 'dressing' my husband for years!
Tip:
Buy polos in colors he looks good in AND colors he likes!
[ black, blue, red, green ]; and no stripes or odd [ golfing, fishing ] prints.

no thats not controlling, thats caring. you want him to look good, nothing wrong with that, maybe he couldnt afford polos.
controlling would be telling him he had to wear it or you would leave him
