When you see a middle-eastern girl and you look at her and then slowly turn your eyses away(while closing them)while you see her walking towards you.I did that num erous times to this girl,and eventually she gave me an extremely dirt look back.

Why did you do this numerous times? It appears as if you were TRYING to be rude to her. Unfortunately for you, this probably is not a racist gesture....it's just simply a very rude and ignorant one.
P.S. If you were doing this because you found her attractive and/or liked her, you may want to re-think your flirting technique.

normally its impolite even yop look at them let alone stare at them. there culture is very strict and they can get into real trouble if caught looking at a guy in there country. im sure there more westernized being in the states but habits are ahrd to break and cultures should be respected

It is racist if you did it because she was middle-eastern, but if you just did that because, you were just being mean.
