Gilera ferro is a 850cc automatic, which has quicker gear change than a manual ever could. It has a kind of sport appeal to it. Not all bikes/scooters, can have modified exhausts. Changing an exhaust will only make it noisier, it wont give a harley sound. Its like saying you want a four cylinder car to sound like a v8. Engine work is what makes it sound beefier/lumpier.

Australia dosent have a market for automatics so there hard to find- Thailand and indonesia prefer automatics- all big brands have a range of motor bikes
(not scooters) that fill the market.

Honda had a 400 cc years ago. Called the Hondamatic, that was a real POS. Anything can be loud, the thing is how do you want it to sound. On a HD is distinctive because of the engine design, not necessarily by the pipes. IMHO, I do not like the sound, but is that what you want, any V Twin might get you to sound close to it. But not quiet.

Just scooters (up to 400cc) and small dirt bikes (50cc).
No automatic motorcycles.
